Q. Are offers at Vintage Cellars available with Vintage Cellars Corporate Services?
A. Most offers available at Vintage Cellars are available with Vintage Cellars Corporate Services. However, Wine Club member offers are not available through Vintage Cellars Corporate Services.

A. We regularly send out great offers via email and mail. To make sure you find out about the latest special Vintage Cellars Corporate Services offers contact us and ask to receive emails and mailings.
Q. Can I order online and pick it up from one of the Vintage Cellars stores?

Q. What forms of payment does vintagecellarscorporate.com.au accept?
A. We accept payments using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Coles Group Card and Coles MasterCard. Unfortunately we do not accept Cheques and Money Orders. If you have a credit account we will invoice you. Please note: Gift cards cannot be redeemed online.
Q. Does Vintage Cellars Corporate Services have a refund policy for purchases made online or over the phone?
A. Yes. We’re confident that our products represent excellent value for money, and we’re proud to guarantee every product you buy. A. Yes, you can cancel all or part of your order if you contact us before your order has been despatched.

A. If you can’t find a product on the website contact us and we will see if we are able to source the product.
Q. How does Vintage Cellars Corporate Services handle my feedback and concerns?
A. Visit our contact us page for our contact details and to submit a query. We will respond to mail, email and fax feedback within one working day (note our Customer Service Centre is not open on weekends). Telephone queries or feedback will be dealt with immediately if the phone call is received Mon-Fri 8.30 to 7.00pm (AEDT) by our Customer Service team. All feedback is documented.
